Pecan-Sunflower Seed Milk - Milk Does a Body Good
If you have not explored making your own nut milk, please consider doing so. It is very simple, does not take a lot of time, and is extremely delicious and satisfying!
Tired of almond milk? Try mixing other nuts and seeds. Today I used pecans, sunflower seeds, dates and vanilla extract. It was fabulous!

Almond Milk Heaven
I have published How to Make Almond Milk before, but this morning, I was reminded of it's stunning simplicity. For those of you who have never tried it, I URGE you to give it a shot! I'm in Heaven as I sit here sipping one of my all time favorite beverages. All you need is a blender and either a nut milk bag, paint bag(you can get a Lowe's), or a piece of cheese cloth, doubled.

Creamy Coffee Bliss Ice Cream
I'm still having fun with my adopted Champion Juicer. Frozen fruit ice cream is easy, but I wanted to use some of the amazing Medicine Flower extracts that I have, and see what creamy goodness I could come up with. You do have to plan for this in advance and wait for the mixture to freeze, but it's worth the wait. This was amazing!! I can't wait to try other flavors!!!!

Grammy's CRAWnberry Jello Mold
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays, and sadly, last year, I spent the entire day traveling home from Florida, after losing my mom on November 20th. In memory of momsie, aka "Grammy," I created this raw version of her FAMOUS Cranberry Jello Mold. It really was an outrageously delicious dish, however, loaded with lots of serious junk, including artificial coloring and flavoring, not to mention SUGAR and MAYONNAISE!!!. I haven't yet mastered the molded part of the recipe yet. I think I'd have to use a lot more Irish moss paste, and I'm not sure how that would impact the flavor. However, this turned out delicious and contains some of the key elements that made Grammy's dish so scrumptious!

Cinnamon Walnut Crunch
Made this on a whim and can see so many different possibilities. Today I had to leave the house early...and this was breakfast. We polished the whole thing off!

Blueberry Bliss Smoothie
So CREAAAAMY and satisfying. This was almost a yogurt consistency and it made me think about trying to make raw yogurt again, and then adding blueberries to that....but for a drinkable delight..try this.

Bagels in the Raw
I'm so totally pleased with the way these turned out and I am re-posting this, but wondering if I could make this recipe with something other than Kamut. Sprouted Kamut really really really gives raw bread the most wonderful "chew appeal." . These are the cutest mini bagels I've ever seen, and the taste and texture are both fantastic!!!

Creamy Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake
I LOVE mousse!!! Using my Creamy Mocha Mousse Cake, with some minor modifications, I created this over the top, dessert. Adding Medicine Flower Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Extracts really punched up the taste of this baby!

Date and Walnut Scones
Once you sprout the Kamut, these scones are quick and easy to prepare. They are chewy and you would never know they were raw by their texture.

Tropical Chia Pudding
Delicious summer pudding with the benefits of chia seeds!!! This recipe is a base start you in the right direction. I like to play with new ingredients, especially sweeteners, but you can feel free to substitute any of these...

Cream of Broccoli Soup
Last night, I whipped up this fantastic, creamy broccoli soup by Alissa Cohen.
It's very rich and tasty. I modified it and cut down on the calories a bit by using nut milk, instead of leaving the nuts into the soup. This is a very quick and easy recipe!

Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Cake

I took this to a party of non-raw foodies and it was such a joy to see someone's doubting face transform to one of joy, once they tasted it. Their jaws dropped, and their eyes lit up with surprise, as they proclaimed, "That's REALLY GOOD!" Hopefully, I've enlightened a few people, and maybe even inspired a few to try something similar on their own. That's what gives me the most pleasure.
