Perfect Pear Tart

I like this recipe even better than apple pie. With pears in season, the fruit is tender, sweet and juicy! It’s easy to prepare Irish Moss Paste in advance and freeze in cubes. Defrost, and you are ready to go. This recipe is actually pretty quick and easy. Give it a try...and comment below.

Sprouted Lentil "Rye" Crisps

I truly adore these light, crisp crackers with a nut or seed pate or humus. Growing up Jewish in "Joisey," I was raised on, and loved a really good Jewish Rye. The ground fennel seeds in this recipe work their magic, providing a tone so very reminiscent of this bread....and now...no gluten or processed junk to worry about.

Lentils and buckwheat are easy to sprout in a Mason jar, using sprouting lids. Click HERE for directions on sprouting buckwheat. Lentils take a bit longer, but don't need to be dehydrated.

Rawfully Tempting's Sensational Red Cabbage Slaw

Quick, easy, refreshing....delicious! I recently harvested an amazing batch of sunflower seed shoots and wanted to feature them in a salad that was a snap to prepare. Obviously, if you don't have sunflower shoots, you may use other sprouts...but I highly suggest giving them a shot, they are my favorite sprouts of all!!!

Peanut Butter & Jelly "Tapioca" Pudding (Keto Friendly)


Who doesn't love a good PNJ sandwich? Well this yummy treat will tease your tastebuds, and is quite reminiscent of our old favorite comfort food.  Okay, so I know I tend to be a bit ingredient laden in my recipe creations, but every now and then, SIMPLICITY screams out and is willing to do the trick. (Feel free to omit the coconut oil too). If you don't like the little globules of unblended chia, simply add it to the blender! Easy Peasy!

The good news for you low-carb folks, is it is #keto friendly too. (Less than 5 net grams per serving)!!!

 Enjoy with any fruit! This one, with strawberries just happens to fit the bill for me, but blueberries or blackberries would be outstanding too. Make a double batch while you are at it...it will go fast!

Fabulous Living Oatmeal

This is the BEST oatmeal we've ever tasted. It's nothing like cooked, mushy oatmeal. The texture and flavor are fantastic. Delicious and nutritious!!!! A nice hearty breakfast when you are craving something more than a smoothie. Sticks to your ribs AND energizes! Great way to send your kids off to school!

Mocha Almond Fudge Crunch - Breakfast Cereal

I LOVE sprouted quinoa. Once it's sprouted (which is very simple and only takes a day or so), this recipe is quick and easy! See below for sprouting instructions.

Note- don't like mocha? Eliminate coffee extract. Want to avoid cacao? Replace it with carob powder.

As a proud Grammy, caring part time for my grandson, I've decided to create new food ideas perfect for toddlers and their mommas. I'm thrilled to present this amazing nutrient-dense treat. Not a Mom or baby? No worries...you'll enjoy these too!   It's NUT, Dairy, Gluten and Sugar FREE! Don't have a dehydrator? Try a low temperature oven..I like to use a  dehydrator and I've not personally tried it, but I can't imagine it would be difficult.
