Happy Harvest Pumpkin Smoothie

Finding new and interesting raw foods to prepare is a total thrill for me. In the process, I explore lots of different raw products. When I promote or suggest a product, it's only because I really and truly LOVE it. So for those of you looking for something new and fun...check out some of the ingredients below!!! As always you can eliminate any products you don't have, or like, and add your own flair, but this is how I prepared my new seasonal smoothie.

Happy Harvest Pumpkin Smoothie 
1 young Thai coconut (water and meat) - or almond milk base
2 frozen bananas
bunch of kale or other greens
2 1/2 Tablespoons cacao powder
3 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
2 Tablespoons Living Tree Community Pumpkin Seed Butter
2 medjool dates or sweetener of your choice
4 drops Medicine Flower Coffee Extract (optional)

Blend coconut water and meat.
Add bananas and remaining ingredients and blend until creamy.
Add ice to chill and thicken. Taste for sweetness and adjust.
