Deeeeeelish!!! It’s creamy and light for an enjoyable summer snack. I can eat this for lunch.
Feel free to use almonds instead of cashews, it won’t be quite as creamy, but still delicious. A great dairy free snack your non vegan friends would never guess did not have milk. Other fruit variations work well too.

RT's Quick and Easy Cranberry Relish
Enjoy the day, eat as healthy as you can and you'll be happier the next day...but enjoy whatever it is you decide to eat...JOY and gratitude are most important tomorrow!! There is no room for guilt. Besides, it won't change anything. Decide ahead of time what you plan to eat and then let it go. Dairy-Free (Mocha) Almond Yogurt
I was inspired to revisit almond yogurt when a client asked me to prepare some for her. I had forgotten how easy it was. Once the plain yogurt was made, I moved on to Mocha Almond Yogurt. What a delight! I even added some leftover Water Kefir I had in refrigerator, along with probiotic powder. I didn't quite measure things exactly, but will list to the best of my ability. Enjoy!
