It's always fun to demonstrate some of my more decadent dishes to the uninitiated.This past weekend, I had the honor of hosting my first Bachelorette Party for a group young ladies that were pretty much unfamiliar with raw vegan. Wasn't that an awesome gift to give a friend? For me, it was a JOY to watch them sample
Pistachio Pesto Pizza, Margherita Pizza, Almond Milk, Spiralized Pasta with Creamy Marinara,Cookies 'n Cream and Chocolate Rum-Caramel Swirl Ice Cream!!! The Bride-to-Be got spoon-licking privileges!!

I asked them if when they heard they were going to attend a Raw Vegan party, is THIS what they expected. Their heads shook and I heard a resounding, "NO!" The smiles, giggles and comments I heard as they left the party filled my heart and while I don't expect any of them to become raw vegans, I do expect they will go home and try a few of these recipes. I truly LOVE what I do!!!!

I like the Pistachio Pesto Pizza. But if you mixed some reishi powder in this pizza it will be more delicious and healthier.
