Creamy Coconut Fudge Mousse Cake

OHHH YEAH!!! Using my basic Creamy Mocha Mousse Cake recipe, making some modifications, and experimenting with Medicine Flower Coconut Extract, I came up with this S W E E T I E!!!!!

I've gotta tell you, working with these extracts has opened up a whole new world for me in raw food preparation! I can create an outstanding recipe and then switch a few ingredients, add a different flavor extract, and come up with a totally new creation! It's so much fun.


I eliminated the avocado and cacao paste and used more cacao butter, made a few other adjustments...and BINGO - YUMMMMINESS!!!
