Green Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 cups nut milk
1 frozen banana, peeled
1 Tbsp flax seed, ground
2 Tbsp hemp seed
6 kale leaves (de-stemmed)
Directions:
Pour nut milk into blender and slowly add remaining ingredients.
