If you have not explored making your own nut milk, please consider doing so. It is very simple, does not take a lot of time, and is extremely delicious and satisfying!
Tired of almond milk? Try mixing other nuts and seeds. Today I used pecans, sunflower seeds, dates and vanilla extract. It was fabulous!

Mexican Style Celery Root Chowder - February 2014 Newsletter
LOVE this quick and easy chowder. Creamy, thick, rich, flavorful, dairy free...and totally delicious! I've served this to many non-raw foodies, and all were in awe of the texture and richness of flavor. Everyone swore the soup was loaded with cream..WELL, it is - cashew cream!
