YUummmm! Pretty purple corn chips served with "refried beans", creamy cheese sauce, guacamole, salsa, sunflower seeds, olives, lettuce, scallions...

Check out Jalapenio Corn Chips and Corn Chips for making nachos. They sure are pretty in purple, but certainly don't have to be!
