Simple Green Coconut Mango Smoothie

Yummy morning elixir!

Green Coconut Mango Smoothie
meat from a young Thai coconut , or (3/4 cups organic dried coconut)
1  - 2 frozen bananas
2 cups water (or coconut water)
kale or dandelion leaves (or milder like romaine and Boston leaf)

2 mangoes
3-4 medjool dates

Optional:
2 Tbsp of hemp seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds

Blend coconut and water.  Add remaining ingredients and blend well.Sip and enjoy!
