November Happy Harvest Meetup

Our October Meetup was a huge success and as always, the group surprised me with some amazing dishes!!! I demonstrated how to spiralize "Pasta" out of zucchini and other veggies, and prepared an Indian Dal Pizza for the group. We enjoyed good food and amazing company.

In honor of the harvest season, our upcoming meetup (November 6, 2013), will be a wonderful celebration.

Meetup: Fennel Salad with Orange Vinaigrette

This delicious and refreshing salad is one of my all time favorites. Someone from my Meetup group brought this...I tweaked it a bit.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this salad. The fennel, orange and macadamia nuts marry exquisitely!!!
