Raw Chocolate-Cherry Tahini Martini

Martini anyone? OHHHH..this one you can even share with your kiddles....sometimes, it's all about presentation. Try a fancy glass or straw. Don't hold back on a garnish...treat yourself as you would a guest. Relax and enjoy this special beverage/smoothie.

Chocolate-Cherry Tahini Martini Ingredients
1/2 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
pili nuts (optional - adds creaminess)
1 1/2 cups water
1 banana, frozen
11/2 Tablespoons Living Tree Community Tahini Butter
1 Tablespoon cacao powder (or carob powder)

2 teaspoons coconut oil (or coconut butter)
2 Tablespoons white chia seed
1 handful ice cubes
1 1/2 Tablespoons of  maple syrup or your fav sweetener
1 teaspoon  vanilla  extract
handful of kale or greens  (optional)

2 Tablespoons dried cherries

Directions
Blend almonds, pili nuts and water until creamy. If desired, strain as you do with almond milk. I don't mind the pulp and drink as is. Add  remaining ingredients and blend well.

Taste for sweetness and adjust as desired, and feel free to add as many greens as you like.. (I did not use greens in photo)

Serve in martini glasses and garnish with sliced banana.

Substitutions:
- No Pili Nuts? Add a few macadamia nuts.
- No Tahini Butter? Use raw sesame seeds and a little extra water.
- Add 2 drops of  Medicine Flower Cherry Extract

Never feel intimidated if you are missing ingredients. It's easy to adjust raw vegan recipes. Just relax, and have some fun!
