So Berry Simple - Ice Pops

This is so simple, I almost didn't post it, but sometimes, we forget the most obvious. I saw these star - shaped ice pop molds in Whole Foods and was like a little kid. Ideas were flashing through my head of all the fun flavors that I could create for the summer. Okay, so I'm thinking,  FUDGESICLE!!!

Ingredients
raspberries
blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
yacon syrup
cashews
sunflower lecithin
2 drops of Medicine Flower  Raspberry Extract
1 drop Vanilla.

Directions:
  1. Blend berries and strain to remove seeds.
  2. Blend ALL ingredients in high speed blender.
  3. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze.

  3. I love being inspired by kitchen gadgets/items! I made a batch yesterday and loved them. Between three of us we each ate two during the day, so they were gone in no time at all :) Thanks again for the idea.
