Fudgy Fudgesicles

More summer fun!!! F U D G E S I C L E S.....
What's better than a cool, fudgy fudgesicle on a hot, summer day? Answer: A cool, fudgy fudgesicle that's raw.

The secret ingredient to CREAMINESS is Sunflower Lecithin. Why?  It emulsifies fat, adding extraordinary creaminess to your finished product. Its really worth purchasing if you like to make ice cream, mousse and other creamy snacks. If you do not have this product, don't fret. Go ahead and make these pops anyway. They'll still be super fantasticle...just not as creamy!

Fudgy Fudgesicles

  4. What's the scoop with the Medicine Flower extracts? Are they different/better than typical extracts?

  5. Dear Anonymous-

I tried my first Medicine Flower extract close to 2 yrs ago and fell in love with them. I've used many vanilla extracts, but the concentration of flavor is amazing and I've never seen such variety! 1-3 drops of MF is equivalent to about 1 tsp of other extracts. They are concentrated.

Here are some reasons why - I posted this in one of my blog posts some time back:

    Medicine Flower extracts are:
    - available in over 40 scrumptious flavors
    - wheat and gluten free
    - great for culinary, scent, and cosmetic applications
    - processed using extraction without colorants, fillers, diluting agents or preservatives- super concentrated. You only need a few drops to flavor anything from shaved ice, tea, coffee, drinks to ice cream, desserts and smoothies

At first glance, these products may seem a little pricey, but because they are so concentrated, a little goes a VERY long way. Several of my readers have purchased these extracts, and have reported back with as much enthusiasm as I have. They are just simply wonderful!
