ReplyDeletei'm happy to have stumbled upon your site. you're the first blogger i've come across who also suffers from interstitial cystitis. i am learning what types of food causes the symptoms and i've been feeling pretty good lately. hope you are too!=)
Thank you everyone! Welcome kelli! I definitely flare up from certain foods, but the IC Diet and just avoiding those foods, did not really help my IC. I'm glad you are feeling results.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to heal my body and the reason I got the IC to begin with...get to the source..so it may take a bit longer. I did get myself into remission once for several years...when I started eating vegan. Then I stopped..it came back.
I've been doing raw for 6 mos...but it's not in remission yet...grrrr...hoping soon!!!
