Almond Raisin Bark With Hazelnut Kreme

Another fabulous treat that I could easily get addicted to.

Ingredients:
1/4 c cacao butter, melted
1/4 c coconut oil
1/2 tsp cacao powder
1/4 Tbsp mesquite
1Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp hazelnut extract (whatever flavor you like)
raisins
Almond, soaked, dehydrated, smashed
Walnuts, smashed
Hazelnut Kreme (Nutella)- see recipe here.

Directions:
  1. Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil (dehydrator, in a bowl over hot water,or  double boiler)
  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. This is where the experiment came in. I had some leftover Hazlenut Kreme(Nutella) from the previous recipe and I just tossed some into this recipe. Mix and spread on parchment paper, or wax paper.
  4. Place in freezer to solidify. This bar does not get very solid. I keep it in the freezer and eat it as is without thawing. It is really scrumptious!!!
