Also, the machine comes with 3 blades and one blade is a straight one that does ribbon cuts and spiralizes red onion beautifully!!! I was drooling on...Gosh, this is an amazing recipe. I was drooling only from the image itself, but the ingredients sound just as yummy. I don't have a spiralizer just yet, so i'm going tot try peeling off thin slices of zucchini, hopefully it will still look a least half as tempting as your version. And i can just imagine it a bit warmed up, and all the flavors blending in nicely. <br />I'm curious, though, do you use a spiralizer for anything else than making noodles?
