Just so true.<br /><br />I also adore the way that MF extracts can be so intense in flavor, you can basically make a meal out of something with hardly any calories taste satisfying and flavorful. <br /><br />I can't do bananas right now, and don't have access to young cocos here (although I can buy frozen young coco meat, but it does have some added sugar I'm not a fan of)--so I'd use irish moss gel instead of the bananas. <br /><br />I'm going to have to get me some peanut extract--I'm love-hate with peanuts anyway: sometimes I love their taste, but I generally find them so "dry"--even in smoothies they sometimes strike me that way.
